Most delays in study-abroad applications come from documents: a missing mark sheet, a name spelled differently on two papers, or a bank statement in the wrong format. Collect these early and keep scanned copies in one folder.

Three tips that save weeks
- Make sure your name and date of birth match exactly across all documents.
- Check each country’s current visa rules for how long funds must be held in your account.
- Never submit altered or borrowed documents — refusals for misrepresentation can affect future applications.
