Refund Policy

This policy covers fees paid to Bridge Edu Global (Aarkayaa Exports Private Limited) for paid services. It does not cover money paid to universities, testing bodies or governments, which follow their own refund rules.

1. Free counselling

Counselling and applications to our partner institutions are free, so no refund applies.

2. Before work starts

If you cancel a paid service in writing before we begin work on it, we refund the full service fee, less any payment-gateway charges.

3. After work starts

Once we have started work (for example, shortlisting, reviewing documents or submitting an application), fees are non-refundable because the work has been delivered. Where only part of a package has been used, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Outcomes

A refusal of admission, scholarship or visa is not by itself grounds for a refund, as these decisions are made by universities and authorities. Fees paid by you to third parties (application fees, visa fees, IHS, test fees) are refunded only under those bodies' own rules.

5. How to request

Email anuragshukla11@gmail.com with your name, payment date and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
