Details you give us: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, city, academic records, test scores, passport details, financial documents and other information needed for university and visa applications. We also collect basic technical data (browser, device, pages visited) through cookies and analytics.

2. Why we use it

To counsel you, shortlist courses, prepare and submit applications to universities you choose, help with visa documentation, contact you about your enquiry, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Only with your consent and only as needed: universities and colleges you apply to, their authorised application portals, education-loan, forex, accommodation or insurance providers you ask us to connect you with, and government authorities where required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, tax and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete it earlier where the law allows.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to anuragshukla11@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No online transmission is completely secure, so please share sensitive documents only through channels we provide.
